Problem:

Landscape was old and at the end of its growth life. No variety of plants that would showcase the building. Irrigation was inadequate and outdated.

Scope:

A complete redesign of the landscape and irrigation systems. A tropical plant design was installed with seasonal flowers and low shrubs to add a year round display of color. Upgrade irrigation system and reduce water usage by transferring to drip irrigation.
