Problem:

No drainage for standing water in one (1) acre parking long. Replace and update current irrigation system.

Scope:

Demolition of existing curb and gutter; saw-cut through parking lot asphalt out to public street curb and gutter. Installation of a 120 ln. ft. of 4” drainage system with catch basin. Repaired and installed asphalt; overlaying and resurfacing parking lot.

Completed project by installing a new Weathermatic irrigation system for the 5-acre property.
